Davies Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Administrator to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of cash postings and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and allocate cash receipts on a daily basis
  • Process manual invoices and upload previous day's invoices
  • Liaise with credit controllers to resolve cash-related queries
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice queries
  • Assist the Manager with month-end closing processes

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
