Unlock Your Potential as a Sales Ledger Administrator
Davies Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Administrator to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of cash postings and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and allocate cash receipts on a daily basis
- Process manual invoices and upload previous day's invoices
- Liaise with credit controllers to resolve cash-related queries
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice queries
- Assist the Manager with month-end closing processes
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
