Personal Assistant to Head of International Sports Talent Sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to support our Head of International Sports Talent Sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.
- Proactively plan and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements, including preparation of travel options and expense reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including DFL employees, clients, and business partners.
- Prepare presentations, take notes, and distribute meeting minutes as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of International Sports Talent Sales, including ad-hoc duties and covering work during periods of absence.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous PA experience, preferably in a sports or entertainment agency.
- Professional manner, with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong confidential work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a VIP and high-profile environment.
