POSITION SUMMARY
The Sports Talent Sales team, based in London, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Head of International Sports Talent Sales. This role is ideal for an individual with exceptional organizational abilities, a knack for multitasking, and a personable demeanor.
This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with a dynamic, successful, and international sports and entertainment agency. The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced sports professionals and gain insights into the commercial sports industry while contributing to CAA and its valued clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complex scheduling across various time zones.
- Anticipate and plan for an evolving schedule that may change unexpectedly.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, ensuring timely reminders and preparation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage all travel arrangements.
- Handle expense reporting and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations as directed.
- Document meeting notes and distribute minutes as required.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
- Provide coverage for other team members during their absence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a personal assistant role.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
