Job Description

As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for supervising all employed and sub-contract labour on site, working closely with the Site Manager to ensure an efficient method of build, meeting the required build quality and programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate sub-contractors and material deliveries to assist the Site Manager in ensuring an efficient method of build.
  • Schedule work to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved and high quality of product is maintained.
  • Ensure working methods are performed correctly.
  • Assist with pre-completion inspections of properties with purchasers.
  • Accommodate reasonable requests from the sales team in connection with the preparation and maintenance of show homes.
  • Assist the Customer Care Team by ensuring maintenance works are completed in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Attend meetings as necessary.
  • Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required.
  • Ensure all health and safety aspects are maintained.
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Experience of a new build construction site.
  • SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
  • Knowledge of site health and safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret designs and drawings.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
