Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Handyman (M/F) to join our client's team on a new build housing site in Dawlish. The ideal candidate will be reliable, competent in finishing work, and have experience in customer care or snagging on new build housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patching and filling
  2. Painting
  3. Basic carpentry (adjusting doors and cabinets)
  4. Keeping the working area clean and tidy
  5. Reporting progress and any additional snags/defects to the Site Manager

Requirements:

  1. CSCS Card
  2. PPE
  3. Own tools
  4. Previous experience on site
