Senior Contracts Manager

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to oversee and deliver multiple projects across North and South Devon, utilising their expertise in Civil Engineering and Groundworks.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, including highway schemes, road widening, and junction improvements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing construction price plans, weekly programmes, and progress meetings
- Organising and chairing regular meetings with internal teams and clients
- Ensuring safe deployment of resources and reviewing quotations from subcontractors
- Managing on-site teams and preparing construction programmes and phase plans
- Producing progress reports and representing the company at project meetings
- Supporting site managers with H&S and RAMS
Requirements include a degree in a relevant field, SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work qualifications. A driving licence is necessary for site travel.
