Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to overcome UX challenges and deliver high-quality products.
  • Lead UX initiatives and mentor junior designers, helping them grow and excel.
  • Design user experiences that are simple, elegant, and effective, from initial research to delivery of detailed and accessible interface designs.
  • Interface with stakeholders across the business to ensure that our designs meet both customer and business needs.
  • Use a variety of tools to create prototypes that bring our ideas to life.
Requirements
  • Passion for design and a strong desire to innovate.
  • Research savvy, with the ability to conduct design research and ensure that designs are grounded in real user needs.
  • Experience with iOS, Android, or both, and a strong understanding of design guidelines and inclusive design principles.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Mentorship skills, with a proven track record of mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives.
