Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Data Administrator to join our team at Law Business Research. As a key member of our sales ledger team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales invoice process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate invoicing to clients
  • Maintenance of accurate records in accounting and CRM packages
  • Invoice amendments, reissues, and cancellations as needed
  • Update of revenue products in the system
  • Assistance to sales and marketing teams in contract and sales order entry
  • Maintenance of good relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Assistance in debtor and unbilled issue tracking
  • General support and administration to the wider team
Requirements
  • Highly numerate with excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel
  • Thorough, detailed, and methodical approach to work
