We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at awdo.co - Jobboard. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy finance team and be responsible for a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process and record incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the Finance Manager with the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting software.

As a Financial Administrator, you will be working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing administrative support to the team.
