Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Jems Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including invoicing, credit control, creating reports, and payroll and pensions administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing and credit control
Creating reports, including P&L and quarterly company financial performance reports
Payroll and pensions, including some HR administration
Bank account management and control

Requirements:

Proven accounts administration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with an excellent telephone manner
Recent Xero and Excel skills
