Data Analyst/Financial Crime Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our Payment Security & Risk Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you'll work to develop, deploy, and support our suite of models used to prevent financial crime globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement proof-of-concept projects, engage in product design, and build prototypes to aid our financial crime products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop projects to deliver on agreed outputs.
  • Apply data science techniques to develop new and novel algorithms to aid existing and new financial crime products.
  • Conduct research to help us and our clients understand different criminal behaviors in payments data.
  • Communicate complex ideas through white papers, patents, and client-facing data visualizations.
  • Consider the full impact of your work, including privacy, security, and regulation, as well as the performance of your code and the accuracy of your models.
Requirements
  • Experience developing and deploying machine learning models at scale.
  • Experience working in a scientific manner and creating high-quality results.
  • Experience building fraud/scam/money laundering models.
  • Knowledge of blockchain/crypto ecosystem.
