Job Title: Programme Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Programme Administrator to join our Data and Training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering accreditation assessments, handling customer enquiries, and undertaking general administrative tasks.

About the Role
  • Organise and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for endoscopy professionals.
  • Answer queries regarding JAG training systems in a timely manner.
  • Administer governance meetings, including organisation, circulating papers, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain programme websites to ensure correct information is displayed.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks relating to quality improvement projects.
