Programme Administrator

The Royal College of Physicians is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Programme Administrator to join their Data and Training team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the JAG accreditation programme, which aims to improve the quality of healthcare by assessing clinical services against agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for endoscopy professionals, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.
  • Respond to queries via phone and email regarding JAG training systems in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Administer governance meetings, including organisation, circulation of papers, and taking minutes, to ensure effective decision-making and communication within the team.
  • Maintain programme websites to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is displayed, enhancing the user experience and promoting the programme's success.
  • Provide administrative support to the team on quality improvement projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality work and making a positive impact on healthcare.
