Programme and Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme and Training Coordinator to join our team at NHS England. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Head of School in the strategic development of the School of Medicine.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a Medical Workforce Strategy that supports the recruitment and retention of Palliative Medicine Trainees and promotes health and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Head of School of Medicine to develop and implement a Recruitment and Retention Strategy.
- Contribute to supporting the School Operational Programme.
- Work closely with the School Board to ensure the effective implementation of the Medical Workforce Strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective workforce strategies. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
