Programme Coordinator

The Royal College of Physicians is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Programme Administrator to join their Data and Training team. Key Responsibilities- Organise and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for endoscopy professionals, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.
- Respond to queries via phone and email regarding JAG training systems in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Administer governance meetings, including organisation, circulation of papers, and taking minutes, to ensure effective decision-making and communication within the team.
- Maintain programme websites to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is displayed, enhancing the user experience and promoting the programme's success.
- Provide administrative support to the team on quality improvement projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality work and making a positive impact on healthcare.
