Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Children's Hospice South West as a Human Resources Coordinator, providing HR support to our Care, Fundraising, and Retail teams.

Main Duties of the Job

You will be responsible for the full range of HR office administration, recruitment, induction, and training for new employees and volunteers. You will also provide first-line HR support to our managers and staff, as well as assist with HR casework, training events, and assessment days.

Person Specification

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR professional who has a good standard of education, excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite, and experience within a Human Resources/Recruitment environment. You should also have a willingness to travel to other Children's Hospice South West locations and be able to work on your own initiative as well as be a team player.
