Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our servicing processes and procedures.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in business projects and initiatives to drive growth and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service within a regulated financial environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
