Adult's Residential Care Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead the daily operations of our new residential home in Birmingham. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and supportive care, while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safeguarding practices and manage risks, ensuring robust service governance for the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
* Ensure comprehensive access to health, education, social, psychological, and emotional support services for children in your care.
* Track and evaluate outcomes and progress in line with individual care plans.
* Lead staff supervision, uphold high standards, and support the development of best practices.
* Regularly review and update care and service plans to ensure effective delivery.
* Partner with commissioners, local authorities, and health practitioners to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
* At least 3 years in children's residential care settings.
* Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role within children's residential care.
