About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to join our team at a specialist residential care home for adults with Autism, mental health, and learning disabilities. The home is rated as 'Good' by the CQC and we are looking for a manager to maintain high standards and strive for an 'outstanding' rating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Work closely with commissioners to deliver responsive and flexible support
  • Ensure the home maintains a 'Good' or above CQC rating

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in residential care, preferably at a manager or deputy level
  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
  • Proven CQC history of 'Good' or above
  • Experience in managing a team
