Job Summary:
The Catering Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Key responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and operating kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food to customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and ovens.
- Assist with stock control and restocking supplies.
- Support the kitchen team with any other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is advantageous.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness is required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Estimated Salary: £9.00 - £11.00 per hour.
