About the Role

At GSF Car Parts, we're seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product range and services
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our products and services
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
