Key Account Executive Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to join our team at Reed. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Managers to follow up on quotations and chase leads.
- Support the customer service team and sales department by gaining support and building relationships with clients.
- Generate and provide reports based on turnover, assortment, profitability to be used internally and externally.
- Translate topics from supply chain and purchasing to sales.
- Lead communication to customers regarding distribution of new products, packaging, promotion management, and NPD samples.
- Coach your customer service and sales support team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a large fast-moving organisation, in a similar role (sales, customer service, account management) OR a masters degree.
- Ability to adapt to new systems OR experience using SAP and Power BI.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to think on an international group level.
- Commercial, sales-focused mindset and ability to take initiative to build relationships with clients to maximise sales and business.
- Positive attitude towards the business's growth and success.
- Career-driven individual, looking to develop their knowledge and experience.
Working Arrangements:
- Monday - Friday, 08:00AM - 17:00PM
- Hybrid working - 2 days at home
- Salary between £30,000 - £33,000 DOE
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays
- Cycle to work scheme
