At Arcadis Human Resources Limited, we are seeking a talented Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join our team. Role Description

The Graduate Sustainability Consultant will be a part of our innovative and dynamic team, working on a range of environmental and planning projects. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, gain valuable skills and knowledge, and develop your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of project-related tasks, such as site visits, reviewing survey information, and identifying gaps in design and construction risks.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and effective environmental policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

We are looking for a recent graduate with a relevant degree (BSc in Safety, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Construction Management) and excellent communication skills. You should be able to demonstrate typical Arcadian skills, including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are also essential.
