As a consultant joining GROW, you'll work within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve the way we work. You'll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

Key responsibilities of the role include providing ESG services to our investor clients to help them understand key sustainability risks and opportunities when they are acquiring properties or refurbishing their existing property portfolios. You will be fundamental in driving our digital solutions to analyse, assess and report on matters such as Net Zero Carbon, climate change risk, green building certification and sustainable building design. What we're looking for:

- A BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, construction management, design and architecture, sustainable development, geography, environmental change, renewable energy, sustainable and environmental management, building services or building physics.
- You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
- You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required, with a preference for virtual working.
