As an Environmental, Social & Governance Consultant in our Property & Investment team, you will support our investor clients in understanding key sustainability risks and opportunities when acquiring properties or refurbishing their existing property portfolios across the UK and Europe. You will provide a range of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) services, driving our digital solutions to analyse, assess, and report on matters such as Net Zero Carbon, climate change risk, green building certification, and sustainable building design.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting our investor clients in understanding key sustainability risks and opportunities.
  • Providing a range of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) services.
  • Driving our digital solutions to analyse, assess, and report on matters such as Net Zero Carbon, climate change risk, green building certification, and sustainable building design.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

  • Graduating in or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
