Social Sustainability and Sustainable Finance Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant in our Social Sustainability and Sustainable Finance team, you will play a key role in managing projects that promote environmentally responsible practices and sustainable development. With a focus on social performance, you will work with our clients to develop and implement strategies that minimize their environmental footprint and maximize their social impact.

Key responsibilities will include managing long-term ESIA projects, conducting stakeholder engagement, and developing management plans to address social and environmental concerns. You will also be responsible for performing gap assessments, managing resettlement projects, and developing community health and safety plans.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on international projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable solutions. Requirements:

  • Relevant degree qualification in Sustainability or a related field
  • Experience in project managing ESIA projects, conducting stakeholder engagement, and developing management plans
  • Strong knowledge of IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles IV
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; fluency in additional languages a plus
