As a consultant joining GROW, you will be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve the ways in which we work. You will be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

As an Environmental, Social & Governance Consultant in our Property & Investment team, you will support our investor clients in understanding key sustainability risks and opportunities when they are acquiring properties or refurbishing their existing property portfolios across the UK and Europe. We do this by providing a range of environmental, social and governance (ESG) services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients in understanding key sustainability risks and opportunities
  • Providing a range of ESG services
  • Driving digital solutions to analyse, assess and report on matters such as Net Zero Carbon, climate change risk, green building certification and sustainable building design

Accepted degrees include BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Design & Architecture, Sustainable Development, Geography, Environmental Change, Renewable Energy, Sustainable & Environmental Management, Building Services or Building Physics.

Qualifications and experience required include:

  • Graduating in or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders
