About the Role

As a Replenishment Manager at B&M Retail, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and stock control processes.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Training and leading a team to maintain the highest standards of warehouse and stock control.
  • Ensuring efficient delivery and receipt of stock, including managing inventory levels and optimizing stockroom layouts.
  • Supporting the implementation of promotional seasonal activity and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Operating and delivering processes that ensure the store meets all health and safety standards.
  • Ensuring the store is presentable, has full availability, and provides excellent customer service.

  • Experience in managing a small team in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or logistics environment.
