Store Development Manager Role

Sofology is seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. This is a competitive role with a salary of £40,000 per annum, plus a generous uncapped team bonus. You will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting ongoing personal development through setting clear goals and assessing individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team through daily morning meetings and regular communication and feedback
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure our value proposition is consistently delivered
- Support on-going personal development through setting clear and achievable goals and assessing individual performance through observation
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of success in a similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
