Property Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Information & Asset Manager to join our team at Maxwell Stephens Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management of property and asset information, impacting the strategic planning and maintenance of our heritage properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Management: Oversee the management of property and asset information across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Condition Surveys: Lead the strategic approach to capturing property and asset information, coordinating periodic condition surveys and managing survey data input.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide insights and advice on property maintenance and strategic planning.
- Lifecycle Planning: Contribute to the creation of lifecycle plans, addressing maintenance backlogs, and supporting the development of the Annual Works Programme and Ten-Year Plan.
- Qualifications: Degree in surveying, engineering, architecture, or facilities management with professional body membership (RICS or equivalent).
- Experience: Extensive experience in the property industry, particularly with condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes, preferably within historic estates.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, digital asset management platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, fostering effective working relationships across various levels.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills, able to manage a diverse workload.
