Job Title: Day Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day Duty Manager to join our team at a luxury residential building in South West London.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Development Manager with operational aspects of the development, including line management of the concierge and security team. They will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting a service-oriented culture, and ensuring the development is maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Development Manager with operational aspects of the development
  • Line management of the concierge and security team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a service-oriented culture
  • Maintain the development to the highest standard
  • Support the development of activities to enhance the lifestyle of residents
  • Ensure all functions within the development are operating efficiently and effectively
  • Take responsibility for onsite systems and ensure the in-house team has received appropriate training
  • Supervise and manage the in-house staff, ensuring duties are carried out in accordance with job descriptions
  • Liaise with the DM and HR regarding training needs and performance issues
  • Conduct staff appraisals and probationary meetings
  • Maintain rotas for the in-house team and ensure adequate cover is provided
  • Implement the company's health and safety policies and ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer services position
  • Experience working in a residential or accommodation environment
  • Excellent people management and team working skills
  • Good delegation skills
  • Able to deliver clear and concise information verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail, time management, and working under pressure
  • Ability to take ownership of designated areas of responsibility
