Property Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a proactive Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and management of our rental properties. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in property maintenance / management.
Key Responsibilities:- Property Maintenance Oversight: Manage all property maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Routine Maintenance: Identify and arrange routine maintenance tasks for rental properties, maintaining a proactive approach to property upkeep.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and contractor performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for repairs and maintenance work, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Property Inspections: Conduct property inspections and report on necessary repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained and safe for tenants.
- Emergency Response: Handle emergency maintenance issues promptly, providing a rapid response to ensure minimal disruption to tenants.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in property maintenance within the lettings industry.
- Communication and Organisation: Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Transportation: Full UK driving licence and own car, with a 30-minute commute from Ruislip.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage contractors and liaise with landlords and tenants professionally.
