Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of maintenance and repair services across all our company properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-skilled maintenance and repair, with experience in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, responding to emergency calls, and performing repairs and installations as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide facilities maintenance support to the facilities department and business as a whole.
  2. Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including PPM works, tap flushing, and fault diagnosis.
  3. Perform repairs and installations, including electrical, plumbing, and heating work.
  4. Assist with approved contractors and sub-contractors to ensure allocated works are completed as required.
  5. Supervise on-site works where required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in multi-skilled maintenance and repair.
  • Qualification in M&E / Maintenance / PPM works or equivalent.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and react to emergency situations.
  • Knowledge of Safe Working Practices and RAMS.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
