Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer to join our team at B&S Group. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of maintenance and repair services across all our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct fault diagnosis and repair of equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to our operations.
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including PPM works, tap flushing, and filter changing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and contractors as required.
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role, with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Relevant qualifications in M&E maintenance or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
