Divisional Team Leader

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a skilled Divisional Team Leader to join their dynamic team in South West London. As a key member of the Block Management division, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team heads and colleagues to align efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to support their professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as ARMA-Q and maintain high standards of service.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Oversee third-party contractors and project management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Take direct accountability for the management of specific properties within the portfolio.
Person Specification:
  • Proven track record of success in property management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in client management and project coordination.
  • AIRPM / MIRPM Qualified.
