Care Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at OakGar Recruitment. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly and vulnerable clients, while also providing opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and Inspire Your Team: Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional support services, providing effective training, coaching, and leadership by example.
- Service Management: Collaborate with the service leadership team to oversee and manage the smooth operation of the service, including rostering, support plans, staff deployment, and budget management.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of relevant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct risk assessments, individual needs assessments, and update these as required, as part of our quality compliance and risk management system.
- Staff Supervision: Monitor, supervise, and mentor Live-in Social Care Workers, conducting regular home visits, spot checks, and supervisions.
- Communication and People Management: Demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills, with a good understanding of current CQC regulations and compliance within the new framework.
- Flexibility and Availability: Be flexible to cover the rota at the service, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional sleep-ins and waking nights.
