## Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team at OakGar Recruitment. As a key member of our service leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the smooth operation of our service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

## Key Responsibilities

* Motivate and inspire your teams to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching, and leadership by example.
* Collaborate with the service leadership team to manage the day-to-day running of the service, including rostering, support plans, staff deployment, and budget management.
* Help implement and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Conduct risk assessments, individual needs assessments, and update these as required to maintain our quality compliance and risk management system.
* Supervise and mentor Live-in Social Care Workers, conducting regular home visits, spot checks, and supervisions.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills, with a good understanding of current CQC regulations and compliance.
* Be flexible to cover the rota at the service, which operates 24/7, 365 days a year.

* Experience working with elderly clients, particularly those with Alzheimer's and dementia
* Proven track record of quality assurance and service improvement
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Knowledge of current CQC regulations and compliance
