Care Team Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team at OakGar Recruitment. As a key member of our service leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the smooth running of our service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and Inspire Your Team: Lead by example, providing effective training, coaching, and guidance to your team to ensure they deliver outstanding support to our clients.
- Service Leadership: Collaborate with the service leadership team to oversee the management of our service, including rostering, support plans, staff deployment, and budget management.
- Policies and Procedures: Help to implement and maintain relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct risk assessments, individual needs assessments, and update these as required to ensure our quality compliance and risk management system is effective.
- Staff Supervision: Monitor, supervise, and mentor Live-in Social Care Workers, carrying out regular home visits, spot checks, and supervisions to ensure they are providing high-quality care.
- Communication and People Management: Demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills, with a good understanding of current CQC regulations and compliance within the new framework.
- Flexibility: Be flexible to cover the rota at the service, which operates 24/7, 365 days a year, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional sleep-ins and waking nights.
