We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and contributing to the overall success of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, answering menu inquiries, taking orders accurately, and ensuring prompt delivery.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing beverages and food items according to standard recipes and portion sizes, following food safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process transactions using POS systems, handle cash and credit card payments, and provide customers with receipts, maintaining accountability for cash drawers and reconciling sales at the end of shifts.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking products, monitoring expiration dates, and communicating inventory needs to supervisors, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the site, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste properly, following sanitation protocols to ensure a safe food environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, assist teammates during busy periods, communicate effectively, and support a positive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanour, able to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Mathematical Accuracy: Basic maths skills necessary for processing transactions, handling cash, and reconciling sales.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings, and adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail in all aspects of work, including food preparation, cleanliness, and transaction accuracy.
  • Reliability: Reliable individual who shows up on time for shifts, adheres to schedules, and fulfils responsibilities to the best of their ability.
  • Flexibility in Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts from 3am.
