Mentorship and Relationship Development Coordinator

About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to fill the role of Education Assistant for Challenging Behaviours. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who require additional support and make a positive impact on their educational journey.
">- Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description: As an Education Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to students who require additional assistance due to challenging behaviours. Your key responsibilities will include developing positive relationships with students, supporting them in lessons, and helping them to access the curriculum.
">Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of working with children who have challenging behaviours. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or education is desirable but not essential.
