Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join our wellbeing team at a secondary school in South Gloucestershire. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide essential support to students with SEND/SEMH needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Duties
Some of the key duties of this role include:
  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans for students with SEND/SEMH needs
  • Working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective student support
  • Supporting students with emotional and social difficulties
  • Helping students to develop new skills and strategies to manage their behaviour


Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • Experience working with students with SEND/SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of SEND policies and procedures
