Job Summary

MediCare Pharmacy Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy, including dispensing, services, and private sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective and efficient operation of the pharmacy to maximize dispensing and services.
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver clinical pharmacy services, including flu and Covid-19 vaccinations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and pharmacy performance.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Qualified pharmacist registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of changes within pharmacy.
  • Completion of any NICPLD/HSCB courses which are compulsory components for delivery service.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
