Job Summary

Role Overview


To ensure the seamless operation of the Pharmacy and maximize dispensing, services, OTC sales, and profitability, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Pharmacy team. This includes ensuring all staff comply with statutory and professional obligations.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including Flu/Covid vaccination, with training provided.
  • Ensure the Pharmacy team adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance dispensing and services, private services, and OTC sales.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy team to achieve business objectives and improve profitability.

Requirements
  • Qualified Pharmacist registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of changes within Pharmacy.
  • Completion of any NICPLD/HSCB courses required for delivery services.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
