Role Overview
The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Pharmacy, maximizing dispensing and services, private services, OTC sales, and profitability. The successful candidate will also ensure that all staff working within the Pharmacy comply with statutory and/or professional obligations.
Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacy Manager will provide clinical pharmacy services, including Flu/Covid vaccination, and will be responsible for the provision of training to staff. The role will also involve the management of staff, ensuring they have up-to-date knowledge of changes within Pharmacy, and completion of any NICPLD/HSCB courses that are compulsory components for delivery services.
Essential Criteria
The successful candidate must be a qualified Pharmacist registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland, have an up-to-date knowledge of changes within Pharmacy, and have completed any NICPLD/HSCB courses that are compulsory components for delivery services. The candidate must also be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid proof of eligibility.
