We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Assistant to join our team at Leonard Cheshire UK. As a Support Worker, you'll provide exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being. A salary of £22,500 - £26,500 per annum is available, based on experience.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, be able to work flexibly, and have personal care experience (although not essential). Key responsibilities include assisting with daily life tasks, escorting and supporting customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
  • Personal care experience (not essential).
  • Ability to work under pressure and as a team.
  • Flexibility to work within rostered hours/prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
