Support Practitioner Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Support Practitioner in our Carluke and Lanark team. The successful candidate will work directly with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management.
This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. The salary for this position is around £28,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
- Manage and administer medications as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role or sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
