Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at our Trafford Park branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through existing and potential customer networks, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor account representatives to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
