Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at our Trafford Park branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through existing and potential customer networks, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor account representatives to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.

Requirements:
