Job Title: Registered Nurse - Fast-Track Leadership Programme
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
About the RoleWe are offering a unique opportunity for ambitious and motivated Registered Nurses to join our fast-track leadership programme at Care UK. This comprehensive programme is designed to support your career advancement and help you become a clinical lead, senior trainer, or home manager.
In this role, you will work closely with our experienced nursing teams to provide exceptional care to our residents, while developing your leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting colleagues, driving continuous improvement, and championing resident safety and dignity.
About You:
- A NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
- Familiar with clinical governance frameworks and care planning processes
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes
