Clinical Lead for Elderly Care

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Lead to join our team in the UK. As a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care, you will be responsible for leading the care team during your shifts, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of medical, physical, and emotional support.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with colleagues to mentor, motivate, and champion resident safety and dignity. Your expertise in clinical assessment tools and care planning processes will be essential in driving continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
With a competitive salary range of £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a strong background in care planning and clinical governance. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build close relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
