About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our expanding Aylesbury office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team, engaging in phone-based conversations, and building strong face-to-face relationships with clients.
Your Key Responsibilities- Take detailed job briefs from clients and ensure full compliance for new accounts.
- Work closely with our Business Development Managers and support from our L&D team to achieve sales targets.
We are looking for a confident communicator who can build rapport and foster strong client relationships. Previous sales experience in recruitment, estate agency, insurance, car sales, or other B2B/B2C environments is desirable. Alternatively, you might be a graduate eager to start your career in recruitment/sales.
